At Mangones, we do it different. We use a proprietary low-temp drying method with cloth, not oil-slicked trays. No sprays. No coatings. No seed oils — ever. Just pure mango, dried the way it should be.

We source from a small farm in Africa that gives more back to the land than it takes. It’s how food used to be grown before Big Ag stripped the soul out of farming.
