Most dried fruit brands say they’re single ingredient — but they don’t tell you they spray seed oils (like PAM) on the racks during drying. That means your fruit gets cooked in inflammatory garbage… and none of that shows up on the label.
At Mangones, we do it different. We use a proprietary low-temp drying method with cloth, not oil-slicked trays. No sprays. No coatings. No seed oils — ever. Just pure mango, dried the way it should be.

We source from a small farm in Africa that gives more back to the land than it takes. It’s how food used to be grown before Big Ag stripped the soul out of farming.
